How we work with Employers
At Crackerjack Training we believe that a strong working relationship with our employers is key to the success of our students.
As an Employer working with Crackerjack Training you will be assigned a personal Employer Liaison Officer (ELO), who will work very closely with you to advertise and recruit an Apprentice. We will provide you with free resources, tips and advice about how to recruit an Apprentice using the Recruit an Apprentice website and will also advertise the vacancy for you on our website, free of charge.
We can take the hassle out of sifting through applications by screening for you, creating a short list of applicants and even conducting initial interviews at our head office. This ensures that you are only seeing the very best and hopefully will make your candidate selection easier.
Once you have selected a successful Apprentice, your assigned ELO will support you with all aspects of employing an Apprentice, from hours of work, wages and contracts of employment, to ratios and how to mentor your Apprentice, helping them learn.
Your ELO will be on hand to support you with any problems or issues that may arise, acting swiftly to come to a resolution. We will arrange meetings and reviews with you and your Apprentice on a regular basis to address any further concerns.
Crackerjack Training will also share with you up to date information and news on the sector, as well as government initiatives, by sending you our newsletter, Crackerjack News every quarter and inviting you to attend our annual Employer Engagement event.
