I have enjoyed the experience of working with young children, and gaining the skills required for teaching and helping children to grow andlearn. This course has helped me to gain the qualification through which I cannow be a qualified member of staff as a nursery nurse. Also to move onto mynext step which is to extend my education through university. At my college, I was given plenty of support by my tutors and assessors as they helped methroughout my course, and was always available whenever I needed extrasupport. I had also been given plenty of support by my employer, who alsohelped me with my coursework and provided support and advice to furtherimprove my practice. The End Point Assessment that I had completed was asuccess thanks to the support I was given by my tutors/assessors. This apprenticeship has helped me to gain a qualification, and will help me to move onto further education through university where I will be completing aprimary education degree to be a primary school teacher. I quite like the pace we’re going in and I alsoenjoy the teaching sessions which are very clear, qualitative and overall wonderful. I definitely havegained a lot of knowledge in a period of few monthswith the support of both my tutor and assessor. I am excited to do an end point assessment but am a bitnervous at the same time of course. I am howeverconfident that with my efforts and support from bothmy assessor and tutor I will get through it withoutfacing any problems, hopefully:). My apprenticeship is helping me in many different ways. I get thechance to link the theory I learn into my practicewhich gives me a wider knowledge and awareness ofthings. The continuous assignments cover all the bitswe need to learn and leaves me without questionmarks. The pace we are working at is very satisfyingand keeps me busy and going. Hopefully, after gaining my level 3 qualification and having donesome experience in my setting, my aim is to work onopening my own nursery business.” Above is a video from one of our students Chloe Above is a video from the Manager Sarah at Tender Years Above is a video from Mrs Palmer at Norfolk House School in Edgbaston.
