I have completed my Apprenticeship at level 3 in Children’s learning and
development.
I have enjoyed the experience of working with young children,
and gaining the skills required for teaching and helping children to grow and
learn. This course has helped me to gain the qualification through which I can
now be a qualified member of staff as a nursery nurse. Also to move onto my
next step which is to extend my education through university.
At my college, I was given plenty of support by my tutors and assessors as they helped me
throughout my course, and was always available whenever I needed extra
support. I had also been given plenty of support by my employer, who also
helped me with my coursework and provided support and advice to further
improve my practice.
The End Point Assessment that I had completed was a
success thanks to the support I was given by my tutors/assessors.
This apprenticeship has helped me to gain a qualification, and will help me to move onto further education through university where I will be completing a
primary education degree to be a primary school teacher.

“Hi I’m Zümra and I’m on the apprenticeship level 3
early years educator. I am quite enjoying my journey
so far.
I quite like the pace we’re going in and I also
enjoy the teaching sessions which are very clear,
qualitative and overall wonderful. I definitely have
gained a lot of knowledge in a period of few months
with the support of both my tutor and assessor.
I am excited to do an end point assessment but am a bit
nervous at the same time of course. I am however
confident that with my efforts and support from both
my assessor and tutor I will get through it without
facing any problems, hopefully:).
My apprenticeship is helping me in many different ways. I get the
chance to link the theory I learn into my practice
which gives me a wider knowledge and awareness of
things. The continuous assignments cover all the bits
we need to learn and leaves me without question
marks. The pace we are working at is very satisfying
and keeps me busy and going.
Hopefully, after gaining my level 3 qualification and having done
some experience in my setting, my aim is to work on
opening my own nursery business.”

“My name is Olivia, I started as an apprentice at a nursery through crackerjack training.
I have completed my level 2 and have just started my level 3.
This works well for me as I learn whilst doing
my job & I get to use what I learn at college in my setting.
